How fast do I get notified about a new listing?
You get a notification within 1 minute.
Which websites does Keyhunt watch?
The big national portals, plus real estate agents and landlords of every size, big or small, across the Netherlands.
Do I need to cancel anything?
No, Keyhunt does not do subscriptions. Premium is a one-time purchase for 1 or 3 months and then expires automatically.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. If you are not happy, you get your money back within 14 days of your purchase. Email hello@keyhunt.nl and we sort it out. No hassle and no fine print.
Do you filter duplicate listings?
We clean and de-duplicate every listing before you get an alert, so you do not see the same home twice. Spot one that slipped through? Let us know, we will improve the system right away so we catch it next time.
Do you collect personal data from listings?
No. We only take the listing details you need to decide whether to reply: price, size, location, photos and the contact link. We do not collect personal data about the people or agencies behind a listing.
Which cities does Keyhunt cover?
All of the Netherlands. If you feel your city is underrepresented, reach out and we will sort it out for you as quickly as we can.
What are the official area facts with my matches?
With a match we show neighborhood figures from official Dutch sources, such as Statistics Netherlands (CBS) and the Leefbaarometer: think livability, safety and amenities. So you know what you are applying to before you join the queue.
